I recently completed a leadership coaching certification course from The Concord Leadership Group LLC. It was an intense program – lots to read and cover in a relatively short time.
Suffice to say, I learned a lot. A lot of skills and ideas that will help my current (and future) coaching clients.
But the biggest takeaway?
It’s not about what I know – it’s about what you can do.
When I started coaching clients in the nonprofit space, I focused on my knowledge of fundraising operations.
And while that worked, there’s more to coaching.
As a coach, my job is to unlock your potential to maximize your performance.
